via IFTTT The Symphony No. 2 by Gustav Mahler, known as the Resurrection Symphony, was first performed in 1895. It was his first major work that established his lifelong view of the beauty of afterlife and resurrection. In this large work, the composer further developed the creativity of "sound of the distance" and creating a "world of its own". Here's a clip of us preparing our version of the Finale - order your tickets to see it performed LIVE on Saturday June 6th by visiting www.njcs.org or by reaching out to a NJCS choir member! Time is running out and tickets are limited!!! #Mahler #ResurrectionSymphony #rehearsal #music #njchoralsociety #choir #classical #art #thattenorlinethough...
