Artists,Musicians,Singers,Songwriters classic hits are usually attached to the general listener's memories, "precious ones" When you alter intros and change melodies of classics it detaches great memories and the phrase "That's my jam" can no longer be spoken. Leave a classic ALONE and be thankful you have at least one. That's an accomplishment.
