Behind prison walls, choral voices soar (BND.com)

The men's choir sounded not unlike any other singing group rehearsing "Joy to the World" for an upcoming Christmas concert. Male voices blended softy before sweeping into a crescendo to end the piece. Falling silent, the singers looked anxiously at director Harold Poeling.

Poeling had goose bumps.

"Oh, gentlemen," he said. "That was awesome."
