Besides the free horse and wagon rides, shoppers on Saturday, Dec. 20, will be treated to Christmas caroling in the streets performed by Jubilate from 1 to 3 p.m.
Jubilate (yoo-bih-LAH-tey) is a co-ed choir organization of talented, dedicated youth in grades four through twelve.
The stated mission of the organization is to enrich children's lives by providing quality choral instruction, targeted music education and world-class performance opportunities.
