Albacappella bring harmony to Deeside village fun day (Deeside Piper)

A CULTER-based women’s choir used their talents to help out another Deeside village recently, performing at the Durris Fun Day event.

The Albacappella barbershop-style harmony singers, who normally rehearse in Peterculter’s Heritage Hall on Wednesday evenings, went along to the Fun Day on September 20 to help raise funds for the Durris Village Hall and community,.

Albacappella member Sarah Hopkins told the Piper: “Hundreds turned out for the event and we were delighted to help.”
